Luminous Dreams Bundle
I explicitly made this sweet bundle for night terrors. With the time we are in with more stress and anxiety then ever I noticed a change in my son's sleeping patterns. We have thankfully found a little activity that helped us and wanted to share it with you all too.
This bundle includes:
☆ A dreamcatcher with a pyrite because it is a unique protector, drawing energy from the Earth through the physical body and into the aura creating a defensive shield against negative energies, environmental pollutants, emotional attack and physical harm. It also supports one with a spirit of boldness and assertive action when protecting others
☆ A blue pouch with clear quartz, tigers eye and lapis lazuli tumbled crystal chips. A blend for pure love, divine energy, peace, mental clarity and comfort.
☆ Three envelopes containing these herbs
-Lavender- For mental clarity, a calm and serene scent that can help anxiety. Great for relaxation and peace. It also found a reduction in blood pressure, heart rate and respiratory rate. Finally research has showed that lavender may be actually be able to alter brain waves and reduce stress.
-Rose Petals- It has been traditionally used for peace and relaxation. It exhibits antidepressant, antispasmodic, aphrodisiac, cleansing and hypnotic properties. The ethanolic, aqueous and chlorofomic extracts of the petals have a hypnotic effect. In in-vitro studies, it has shown effective results in inducing sleep comparable to diazepam which is a drug used to calm muscles and reduce anxiety.
-Mugwort- Known for putting under your pillow to induce vivid dreams. Mugwort in formula with skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora), passionflower (Passiflora incarnata), betony (Stachys betonica), and/or motherwort (Leonurus cardiaca) effectively improves the capacity to sleep straight through the night.
☆Two Bay leaves on the side for warding off nightmares. They're well known for having a strong energy for protection. There will also be another step provided with your bundle on what to do with them.

There will be instructions included to follow along with your child. The purpose for the herb pouch is together you will assemble it, with your intentions and love. By doing this activity it gives you and your child another tool for bedtime with comfort and relaxation. The pouch has more meaning and purpose when their little hands put it together! Having our children feel their own power and igniting their light to put out the darkness. This way each night they have a dreamcatcher to catch their nightmares and aromatherapy to slumber away in sweet dreams.
Fully complete it was cleansed with cinnamon. The smoke of cinnamon is to attract the good spirits and eliminate negative energies.
